Service Policies

To maintain fairness and reliability, the following policies apply to all customers and all projects:
- A signed Service Agreement is required
- A deposit is required before scheduling and ordering materials
- Full payment is due upon completion prior to release
- All payments are non-refundable
- We do not accept checks
- All work is accepted AS-IS upon completion
These policies are applied consistently to ensure every project is handled professionally and without delay.
