Service Policies

(No Exceptions)

To maintain fairness and reliability, the following policies apply to all customers and all projects:

  • A signed Service Agreement is required
  • A deposit is required before scheduling and ordering materials
  • Full payment is due upon completion prior to release
  • All payments are non-refundable
  • We do not accept checks
  • All work is accepted AS-IS upon completion

These policies are applied consistently to ensure every project is handled professionally and without delay.
